On my blog SunshineInWanderland I share what I do to stay fit, how I make my favorite sweets healthy and where I had the best time eating and sightseeing all around the world! It´s all sunny here!

Started in 2014 as a place to write down my experiences traveling the world, it has become more than just a travel blog now. If you´re looking to get more fit, eat healthier, get motivation and inspiration in your life then this is the place for you!

I post my adventures traveling through Europe. I make sure to include the exact addresses of the places I ate as well as a short review so you can decide whether to go there as well if you choose to visit the city or place!
Another special thing here is that I travel budget-friendly and show you exactly how you can too! Also while I’m on the road I try to stay fit, I combine traveling with fitness.
My grandpa once said: “You haven’t seen a city until you’ve walked it”, so get ready for some serious walking

You´ll also find recipes on here, mostly on pancakes, because I am a HUGE pancake lover. I also try to include other sweets made healthy and main dishes to prevent your inbox from overflowing with pancake recipes. 😉

My Fitness journey and how you can run a 10k under an hour is also on here. I share my experiences, misadventures and successes in all things Fitness, so you don´t make the same mistakes as me!

Last but not least, you can expect weekly motivation, inspiration, pep talk and rambles in my weekly series “Wisdom Wednesday”. I cover topics from living in the moment, to body image and new beginnings.

That´s me, by the way! Hey there!!

How I got the idea to start a blog? Glad you asked! It was when I was touring the south-west of the US in 2012 writing daily e-mails to friends and family to keep them updated on the days happenings, that a relative of mine suggested starting a blog, so I wouldn´t have to worry about whom to send it to anymore. I thought the idea was amazing! Yet it still took me a year to start a blog and another one to commit fully to it.

Now I am more engaged in blogging than ever and I´m not only here to share my experiences traveling, but also give my best to help you be your best!
